I use a Soncy DCR SR32 it records in MPEG format onto a built in hard drive. If you check the fx and editing playlist on my channel I madea vid about the settings I use for the widescreen HD format..hope that helps ☺

Dam, sounds veeeery painful.

I have Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and a broken vert(L5-S1 Area). Now, within the last year (41st yr of life), I was diagnosed with Arthritis of the shoulders(giving them the appearance of a 58 yr old), Arthritis and Diverticulitis...LOL '08 was an atrocious yr for me...hope u feel a lot better, man. That really sux!! How do I get into this lotto thing? I cud use a bunch of free stuff.

I split that bit of the sound, put it on a separate timeline and apply an audio effect. On the sound track tomeline on the left (where the track number is) there is an fx button (like a green jugsaw bit) click on it and you can alsorts of effects like echo etc ☺
