Really confusing...but awesome too. Anyone know how expensive one of these are?

I had the privilege of looking at a cut-away of this on display at a motor show.

This was used with the V10 Tourareg.

I got the impression of strong gears, strength, stiffness and compactness.

I suppose a V10 turbo diesel would put out alot more torque than most engines, hence the new leap forward for automatic transmissions.
