Yes, there r over 2,000 languages n Africa but most parts of Africa have english as their national language. Very kind of you, travel outside of Uganda is very difficult for local people. Funding and getting visas to travel is quite hard. I would suggest you work through a great organization like Mercy Corps to perhaps provide some support on the ground.
