PLEASE HELP-Does anyone know what that thing around his neck is called? You know, the thing you look through... I know what it does, I just don't know what it's called.-PLEASE HELP
@dane86912 haha no problem whatsoever :) Really glad you enjoyed it! I don't know why it hasnt got more views :S feel free to spread it around to anyone you think might be interested :) Thanks for the comment! x
@rocketman881000 I guess we could, but I don't really know what your films about, plus thats for you to decide - it wouldnt really be yours if we gave you a story right?... I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but stick some great film soundtracks on and get inspired :) Let us know how it goes x
OMG I am so glad that someone made a decent video that is acually helpful I've been searching all over the internet for help and I finally came across your video. Thankyou so much its helped loads! x
@fluffyloulou Haha :) That's really great to hear! Thanks for such an amazing comment! We're thinking of doing another video on story structure as well x
I have some very strong movie ideas but have no contacts, and need help off anyone who is interested working on scripts for my films. Two of my ideas are posted on a major film idea site and are receiving good ratings already...
Please anyone get in touch if any of this interests you, or you can help thank you..... Couli07@hotmail.com....PSN Leo_Lex
Hi my names hiccup and I am a film maker myself, I'm trying to find film-makers who may be interested in my blogg on film-making and its attached channel. Take a look, if your interested add me if not just don't bother. thnak you.X
@BDisBD Hopefully this video will give you some ideas - films are everywhere - go and read a newspaper or a magazine, there will be potential films all over the place. You've just got to open your eyes and be aware. Put your thinking hat on and start thinking in terms of what would make a good film, don't wait for the idea to come to you :) Hope this helps, all the best
I like movies and I would like to make movies as a career however my imagination is somewhat limited and I need to come up with original ideas. I don't want to get into trouble with copyright infringement. For example, I really like ET, Tron, A space odyssey, minority report, avatar, aliens, the matrix, star wars, and inception. So my question is can I still use the foundational concepts of these movies and make them my own story? i like video games and i don't want to copy Tron. so please reply
@FallofDarkness55 Hi there, sorry it's taken so long to reply - for some reason this comment didnt come up in our inbox. Anyways, it's a good question and I suppose the question is: what do you intend to do with the finished film? Is it for youtube to show mates or are you planning on selling it to a distributor? If you want to distribute, i'd advise staying away from other people's ideas but if it's for fun/practice then there's no problem at all. Let me know what your intentions are x
@REELOnlineFilmSchool my primary intention is to become a film-maker in hollywood. so i'd want to distribute the film. Like i said, i don't want to get into trouble, but if the idea was very subtle do you think it would be okay to use other ideas from other movies?
@FallofDarkness55 It's great to hear that you're shooting for the top! I wish you the best of luck, and perhaps one day we'll both be lucky enough to work together :D It depends how heavily the films are based on these stories, what do you have in mind? You can send a personal message if you dont want to give it away in public. Also is this your first film project or have you made others? All the best x
Im going to be making a movie that has to be less than 15 minutes long. Its for a Teen Film Festival. I have an introduction scene and an after scene but now I'm stuck. Any idea's how to get string out of a knot?
It really depends what you're film is about - the "middle" of your film is really the play time; you've set up your characters so people know who they are/what they are like and now something happens to them - surely how your film ends depends on what happens to them during the film itself? If you give me some more info i might be able to make some suggestions, but i'm sure you'll come up with something :) x
We really try hard to make them understandable and simple but at the same time informative and actually useful! It's the main reason why they take us so long, trying to fit them into our busy schedule.
Thanks for the support though, it really is appreciated.
Sorry for the delay but can i just say, if you want our advice and help then we'll gladly give it, if you dont want it because of my accent then fine dont subscribe.
We are simply looking to help people who might be interested, to make a community of people with a common interest, its up to you whether you want to be a part of it or not.
But please dont act like your subscription is something we're gunna kiss your feet for, its not numbers its the quality of the people involved.
Well I liked your advice, but my real problem is that the idea and book I wrote is extremely science fiction, I'm talking a idea that will pwn star wars, but the problem is I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in hollywood to even look at it. If I even got one producer to glance at it the idea would sell itself.
