Flat ad marks and quints with armor seals and m res qlyphs work well for every ad carry. The marks can be swapped for armpen if u want to but the flat ones make csing more confident
Hello! What are your runes/masteries please? I love sivir but for the moment i think my runes are not very good (25 armor pen / +3.8 AD / +13 magic resi)

A very standard AD carry runepage would be ArPen Red, Choice Yellow (Armor/Atk Speed recommended), Choice Blue (Magic Resist/lvl/ Atk Speed recommended) and Flat AD Quints.
Reasoning being, the Flat AD quints help you trade early game a lot.
