wow.... im not into rock bands very much.... but this album always blew my mind. It's so profound and yea i agree it did not get the credit it deserves.
There are some terrible lyrics on this record, but overall it's quite good, and probably the last interesting thing they did. after S.S they blanded themselves out for rock radio.
Gracy is a great drummer....I've seen him 5 times and he is "the backbeat of LiVe"... I've seen alot of drummers including Peart...Bonham...Watts (love Charlie!)....Gracy can play...period...bangs the friggin skins...
Throwing Copper is definitely something else, but its bent towards popishness is really what makes Secret Samadhi the better album on the whole. TC has the better singles, but if you want to listen to a Live album as an experience it's not nearly as coherent as SS.
That was the way 10 years ago - Nirvana crowd liked them - but once they got nominated for rewards - well....

The 1990's don't get the credit they deserve. I blame Hootie.

@BloodMoney21186 You might be thinking of "Heaven" or "Nobody Knows." Those are my best guesses.

the better live versions of this are during the SS era but its soooooo darn hard to find anything live from the SS tour.
