Hi Marlena, I love your videos and personality! I have learned a lot from watching you. BUT, why are you using someone else to show your looks??? Yeah, exactly why I wrote my comment. But if she keeps doing it like that, I won't be the only one I suspect. Besides you can't really see the eyes and all the details, unlike the previous videos. Oh well, just a lil observation.

Well I am the model and my thanks for your kind comments. I am really more thick skinned than to let some rude faceless person get to me. You see, I have a confidence that cannot be applied with a brush or washed away with makeup remover. I am a strong, confident, real woman who is not afraid to show her face. So if Marlena wants to plaster my normal, girl next door, non-model looking face all over the internet so she is a more versatile artist, then so be it. Rock on MakeupGeeks!

Boots has a lot of great makeup. I think Barry M and NYX are the best for drugstore brands... They sell Gosh there too, if I remember. And Bourjois liquid eyeshadows are so good too!
i agree w/ mandschery on your comment bengaligal. Many of the tutorials are to show u HOW to do the look. They list the products they 4 any users who want to know & want to get the exact color & turnout. The quality of the higher end products is great. I suggest, if u hav the colors & they seem to work good for u also, use them! Don't worry about buying MAC if u can't afford it. If u want gurus who use cheaper products, I suggest lookin thru sum gurus u kno. they use cheaper product sumtimes. :)

I like to put baby powder or loose powder under my eyes so I can just sweep away the fall out and it won't leave a mark.
