Hi ... I have another question :) After remapping hade U any problems witht Traktor , because mine does. When i load a track and it analizez it te song thats playn' keeps on interrupting ...
type this into google: "Map Traktor’s Beat Phase Monitor to your Reloop Digital Jockey 2" and get a detailed explaination how to map the blinking LED's to your load buttons.
If you want to change led color, you should open case, and replace LEDs. It's a simple thing. BTW Sanwa buttons are nice. Everthing working perfectly fine.
how did you change the led's? i use virtualdj 7 pro for the dj2 ie and i would to change the led's there in blue. can you make a mapping for vdj7 that do this?
Hey, your DJ2 looks great! I'm looking into getting arcade buttons as well because we all know how much the original play/cue buttons suck! My question is: how did you wire the arcade buttons to the circuit board? I really appreciate any help that you can give me.
Hi, this looks really cool, its almost like a digital jockey version of Ean Golden's vci-100SE. I have lots of questions, sorry. Did you need to install any new firmware into the controller to be able to use all the effects the way you did or does the mapping you've linked enable you to use it like that. I'm looking around hoping to buy a controller very soon, is this the interface edition which you have modded here? Would you recommend buying the IE or the controller edition. Thanks
Your midi mapping is incredible, good job. Could i ask, where did you get the arcade buttons from? Did you need to modify these to fit into Reloop unit. My cue/pause/play button are f*cked (common problem) so I need to replace them.
I really like your mod and some features of your mapping (pitch bend and FX on jog wheels) but I'm not able to load your mapping in my TP 1.2.1. What am I doing wrong?
I import your mapping but Traktor shows no assigned Buttons.
It isn't very hard to open the case. There are a lot of screws on your way. The link will lead you to a very good and detailed description (in german) how to open the controller. Playing with the LEDs might be tricky. I would not do it without experience and a stereo microscope ;-)
@mastrojani Cool great job...did it take long? Yeah the reloop is pretty easy to put the arcade buttons cause the originals buttons are roughly the same shape and size! I just got the VMS4 should've arrived by now and was thinking about putting the arcade buttons on too. Do u think it's possible to do with the VMS4?
@mastrojani ok cool i have the interface editon and multi colour buttons are so much cooler haha :-). you controle your Fx with the spin wheels-- have you map this by your owne ? (sry i´m german so my english is bad)
The blue is a little to bright and I do not understand why the left pitch bend has two blue LEDs and right sight only one? The buttons are a bit flying on top of the reloop, but there is not enough space. I like the green LEDs and work that you spent. Go on.
i dont know how did i got here but man this is awesome :DD

Do i need to open the housing to change the LED color? Or is this possible only by changing something in the soft- or firmware?

Hi
Do you have a change log that details how this changes campared to the standard mapping?
Interested in knowing what you have changed and what you have kept as standard.
Thanks
Jon

@poolcha Yes - you must install new device firmware + my mapping - this is very very easy operation.
Interface Edition has touch sensitive Jogs, so you must have this version to using this mapping (when you touch the jog beatmasher turns on) !

@tranjohn This is impossible - not enough space. The Arcade buttons has ~30mm and standard buttons has ~17mm ; /.
