Lets get this part straight moron. After he first unrolled the tape, he raised it infront of the sheikh's face. Untill the thread was made, and his hand intercepted it. Actually, it doesn't require a deep amount of analysis. He definately didn't act in haste. He was reasonable, he shook the mans hand, and spoke with him respectably.
