Things you'll need: A paper towel and a bottle of Window Cleaner (or warm water)

Step 1: Spray the cleaner or wipe the water on the window

Step 2: Dry the window with the paper towel :/

This will work for sure. I will also say that 1to1 ratio of vinegar seems pretty high in terms of vinegar. I would say less vinegar. Also you may want to use bottled and distilled water to help have less streaking.

In my Window Cleaning Business I use Ammonia in small quantities in the place of Vinegar. Not sure why they don't recommend it here.
