Moved to California in 1967. Ride tour Stingray to the auto parts store for free stickers. Big banked wood slot car tacks. My neighbors had Road Runners, Charger 440's, Z28's, Hot ski boats at Long Beach Marine Stadium, CarToons, Hot Rod Magazines, Ed Roth Sticker Packs (baseball card size), The DT-250 Yamaha in '68. My neighbor worked at Kawasaki developing the Jet Ski. Drag Srips, The Elsinore Grand Prix. Great Times for a 5th grader.
my uncle is greg cooper, (pinstriper in ratfink) my grandpa passed while i was in the desert. sadly i didnt make it home for the funeral =( im about to start a rat rod build with a 42 international. in memory of him sorta thing. greg told me "you build it I'll paint it" =)

I am a little too young and from the other side of the world (Australia) to have appreciated some of the older work of the big Fink but he has left an impressive legacy, one which will be here for generations to come. I really came to know his work thanks to Rob Zombie but, I was a massive fan of the Banana Splits as a kid too. Great job on the clip, I really enjoyed it!
The Red B is an actual car, that I have sean in person. I saw two of them. One with ream machine Guns attached, and the other with out them and Looked its age. They were Both Awesome.
Thanx for all watchin I love all this stuff and still own a bunch of the old models pictured here ''' THIS VIDEO IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET NOW THANX SO MUCH ,,,,,,
these are great to see again, as well as buying these kits each week you would also pick up a pack of munster cards, or batman cards and just love the bubble gum that came with it, i can smell it now, wow what a trip this has been, thanks a whole lot mate, it sure was a special time on this stinkin planet back in the 1960s and 1970s, loved it,,,,

Such a better time when weird trippy toys were the norm. Not like the bullshit corporate big-sell garbage they palm off on kids these days!
