  • I just did this one tonight... Ugh... I had some issues late... pressing at the top, not re-bending the legs after the initial pull... Funny how form devolves. In any case, nice job, I can totally relate to how you felt after!

  • Nice one, your grip looks really close for a snatch grip, is that to go easier on your wrists with this many reps? Wider grip would be less work/distance, but I gues harder on the wrists.

  • For this attempt, your right, I split the distance between my clean and snatch grip in order to work on full long pulls and increase flexibility in the shoulders. As tall as I am, it saved a little wear and tear on the lower back as well. Both grips have their tradeoffs, diversity is good!

  • Thanks Dan, see you at the qualifiers. My transition through to the second pull is causing me to lose momentum on the bar. Lower weight snatches have a tenancy to visually show your weaknesses.
