Nice one, your grip looks really close for a snatch grip, is that to go easier on your wrists with this many reps? Wider grip would be less work/distance, but I gues harder on the wrists.
For this attempt, your right, I split the distance between my clean and snatch grip in order to work on full long pulls and increase flexibility in the shoulders. As tall as I am, it saved a little wear and tear on the lower back as well. Both grips have their tradeoffs, diversity is good!
Thanks Dan, see you at the qualifiers. My transition through to the second pull is causing me to lose momentum on the bar. Lower weight snatches have a tenancy to visually show your weaknesses.
