This is an extremely bad tutorial, simply because you tell nobody where anything is that you're selecting, or how to use it. A beginner would watch this 100 times and still be clueless, this is pointless

and i dont think that the first thing a photoshop beginner would do is a brush painting. this stuff requires some experience! btw, the first thing you learn about photoshop is the brush tool, and its not really hard to load some other brushes!

i know how to brush because of Paintshoppro but...

i wanna know if it's possible to rotate brushes while using them???

generally its not possible to rotate brushes in photoshop. but you can still do it with a more complicated technique. create a layer, place the brush, select the brush by making a square around it ant rightclick. in the menue click at exempt or something like that (sorry i got the german version of photoshop ^^) then its possible to rotate and scale your brush to the desired position.
