The CVS extracare card is very helpful! in addition to the month long and week long offers, the 2% earnings are very crucial as well, they help you earn extra bucks every 3 months! and yes, the $4 off purchase of $20 of more, $3 off purchase of 15 or more,etc., must BE used first. and that is so true, only get stuff you need, as well as check ur receipt for ur limits and ur spending records as well!
