ROFL @ david464yt This guy is so awesome at wow that he plays a death knight without anti-magic shell binded to his keys. You should turn off all your keybindings and you would probably still be just as good as a death knight. Or maybe you could whip out your lolcat and throw him on the keyboard then go get some food. Ah, I see. Will the mutalisks still stack properly if you burrow the zergling? Because I know the zergling will run to try to catch up to the mutalisks while you're microing them in a real game, and if the ling dies or he catches up, stacking breaks.
But if you could burrow a ling in your base and group all your mutas with that burrowed ling, it would make maintaining mutalisk stacks much easier.
Anybody know if it works this way? I guess I could just fire up SC and see...
I agree 100 gas is expensive for just that purpose; I'm just wondering if it's possible.
I usually research burrow anyway... I'm terrible at Starcraft. :) But I enjoy burrow because it lets me scout with zerglings by leaving them all over the map, prevent expansions from going up, and harass early game.

Also, in any kind of serious game you want to be working and relying on your basic mechanic skills and your ability to contain the protoss and to deny him his third (map and build dependent, of course).
So if you're at a point where you need to rely on tricks such as burrowed lings for scouting, you're losing the game. At an average iccup skill level you're best off winning by having better macro and overall gameplay skill (or you can drop dts).

Such as burrowed lings at expansions to scout for expo timing and for surrounding units as they move out. However, this is not the best way to go unless you are confident in your use of burrow throughout the gameplay...

In real games people use slow overlords that are sent to corners, and the trick is to switch out overlords during the gameplay as well. It is also possible to use larva, but any kind of good macro by a zerg player won't leave any idle larva past the point where you build the initial 6-9 mutas.
And yeah, every button on my action bar is bound to a key or a modified key. With the exception of Anti-Magic Shell and Horn of Winter, no combat ability is not keybound.

such a great vid, earlier I just couldnt kill those fucking scourges, but after the patrol - click far away thing and practising for like an hour on that map I'm now up to 15-20 kills per controlgroup!

in game it's best to group your mutas with an overlord in the corner of your base
when the overlord starts moving too far over the map you just group the mutas with a different overlord back at your base
burrow costs 100 gas which you really can't afford for the sole purpose of grouping muta
