Let me get this straight, the interstate highway system is no different than the public airwaves insofar as they are within the public domain. Newspapers and books are distributed via trucks throughout the country utilizing those interstate highways, in the same fashion that radio stations use the public airwaves for distribution of content. By this logic there should be a fairness doctrine for print as well.

I hope that Shumer really doesn't believe this nonsense.
