Piccoro is mostly pronunciation issues, similar to how Aerith from FFVII was originally Aeris because of the way Aerith is pronounced in native Japanese, which is to say [Ae-ri-su]. You're thinking of Kai when they cut episodes. Frieza > Freezer btw. If there was a villain named Freezer, I'd imagine his father would be King Fridge, not King Cold.
@CashlessNick There's bound to be differences because of translations in the English dub having to fit the mouth movements - example being the famous "OVER 9000!!!" clip. I know it was originally 8000. Brian Dummond, the original VA for Vegeta, said 9000 instead so the lip synch could look better.

I rebember starting to watch it just for fun (5 year olds do that + we all loved when goku said KAMEHAMEHAAAA), then i got more interest in the story &, when it did not air anymore, 2 years ago I rewatched it all. It's a fantastic anime (all db's together) with super power ups & ultimate enemies.
Oh I forgot to mention it also made blasting come out of your hands & super fast fighting normal.
This song is so powerful. It sounds admittedly dull in the beginning, but when the guitar kicks in, holy fucking shit it gets amazing. Bruce Faulconer is god.
I'm not talking about mangas. And even the core anime I found to be annoying with some of the most unlikable characters in anime history. Sasuke is sorta the posterchild for that. DBZ had filler yes but it made up for that with its characters and action scene. Naruto just has good action. Nothing more.

@PeiinNagato It's fair to call it the American Original Soundtrack. It is no less 'original' than the Japanese Original Soundtrack. The stuff is as copyrighted to Toei, Funimation, etc. as the Jap. Thus, it is an official OST, only for the West.

I'm not talking about mangas. And even the core anime I found to be annoying with some of the most unlikable characters in anime history. Sasuke is sorta the posterchild for that. DBZ had filler yes but it made up for that with its characters and action scene. Naruto just has good action. Nothing more.

I can agree. They made the bad guys more durable than Tanks are to spitballs. I mean there were moments when I was a kid and I practically shouted at the tv, "Why won't you die?! You're making Jason Vorhees look like a pusse." Yeah although I can deal with the Cell, Frieza and Boo sagas I wish they would cut some of the shit down. For ex. Buu should have died with Vegeta. @PeiinNagato It's fair to call it the American Original Soundtrack. It is no less 'original' than the Japanese Original Soundtrack. The stuff is as copyrighted to Toei, Funimation, etc. as the Jap. Thus, it is an official OST, only for the West.
You are regarding it is 'not an OST' simply because it's the souindtrack made for the West, which is flawed.
