What? There are only 4 books?! I've read all of them and it surely ends at book 4. Theres no book 8 or 9. Unless you count the 'parts' each book is divided into. But in my books theres 3 parts in the first one etc. .. ?
i thought the story ended by book 6 how come there is book 7 & 8 plz tell me and is there going to be a movie if there is a movie plz give me the name of movie plzz???
@SimChic1 Your right and wrong, Thirst was the omnibus series but naturally continues on the story, there was also a Book 7 - Eternal Dawn relased as part of the Last Vampire Series, inlcuding a book 8.
@SimChic1 no its called the last vampire, I own all the books and have since 1994 when they were put out, and they were clearly titled the last vampire. Christopher pike re-released it under the name thirst in the last couple years because he was writing and planning for the release of a new the last vampire book, book 7. So he prettied them up and released them again with different covers because of all the popularity vampires have been getting the last several years.
@Schala713 It is getting made into a film, filmnation (a production company) has acquired the rights and will start filming sometime in the next couple years. I can't yet find a release date or even a start filming date but the movie rights have been acquire. I ONLY wish they make my favourite series of all time (the last vampire) into a movie or set of movies IF they do it right and give it an 18a rating, none of this twilight BS. These books are FAR FAR beyond twilight and there pussiness.
