Cattle mutilations alone, is a clear sign to me that who ever is responsible, has no ethically bound mentality for either the animal, or it's owner. Surely if it were some kind of intergalactic pseudo experiment, surely by now the project would of met its goals. So why continue to torture animals over several decades? I read that this phenomenon has continued into humans now. Perhaps it has something to do with radiation, which might explain the timeline.

I don't like any of this, none of it. I can't really see any good reason why a huge amount of "interlopers" would be here and remain here. I see life in the universe much the same as life in the ocean, one cannot be certain that all life "out there" is benign. Given that this planet has a massive and diverse amount of lifeforms, water, abundant resources etc, the only planet of which in the local neighbourhood galaxy, then i would say we have had our time as we know it.

The last X-Conference was back in May of this year, any update on whats going on with the latest one?

My father saw a massive UFO in the early 60's in southern England. He is now very old and I have just tel'd him to ask him if he really saw it. He was very tearful and swore that he did. I have no reason to disbelieve him, and being in contact with very, very professional people around the world who know that all this UFO stuff is for real, I have no reason to disbelieve them either, and it is not lost in translation, I speak 4 languages and can understand what they say.
