Take A barrel brush, teasing comb with small teeth and hairspray((i use rave)) take your first layer and back comb the underneath of it with the brush and spray underneath((you may have to play with it)) and do the same to the other side. As for the part. Scene hair has a deeper part usually for the "big" effecy so part deep on one side.
