OK, this movie. . .it think it must have been an exercise to throw as many one shot Dragonball characters as possible within the context of a semi-coherent 45 minute film whether it made any sense or not. Seriously, about the time Arale and the Dr. Slump characters showed up out of nowhere, I just threw my hands in the air and said whatever.

I can't say I didn't enjoy it, though. ^_^

Ok, yeah, this is most definitely my favorite of the Dragonball Movies. It's an extremely goofy (albeit horrifically inaccurate) summarization of the World Tournament, Red Ribbon Army, and Tien Shinhan sagas. I approve of this movie.
