  • Ok i have this routine too and it has been a week. So wat are example of food you hav eaten? Because that is the most difficult for me. Because ik there are different plans. But I am kinda sticking with the plan and not at the same time. But I am trying to stay with food from tier one. Sould I get the shakeology? It seems like that would help.

  • My first week with Slim in 6, I lost to inches on my waist and one inch around each of my thighs O_O I love it!! XD

  • To be honest, you really don't need slim in 6. What you need is to eat 5-6 small healthy balanced meals which are low in fat and sugar. And also, 30 minutes of cardio every day.

  • Thanks for posting. It's great to hear the success. I ordered the program and it should be here by next Tuesday (I live in Canada). You lost a lot of inches the first week, which is fabulous; did you lose weight too?

  • @tmills623 I just ate healthier. I didn't go on a specific diet like having a set amount of calories. I just stopped eating fast food, started eating multi grain bread instead of white, Drinking 1% milk instead of whole, etc. I just changed little things so I would be more likely to make it a regular routine and stick with it.

  • i just started today. Im worried though cuz just the start it up was hard for me. I hope it will get easier and work for me! i have ALOT of weight to lose.

  • Don't give up! It was VERY hard for me too. I didn't think I would be able to walk again when I first started.

  • @galaxy2163 Do not worry about this! It was reeeeealy heavy for me too. When i did it for the first time i was stopping every few (realy FEW) minutes to take my breath, but i kept pushing myself to do just 2-3 more moves from the point i was feeling i can't do any more. I felt the difference even on the second day! I was stopping a little less, which was realy surprising for me :) Keep a track on how many times do u stop and try to minimize them step by step.

  • @galaxy2163 And when u stop for a break, pause the video, but don't stop moving, just keep walking around, slow or a lil faster, and when u take your break - just push the "play" again :) That's how i did it! I did my 3rd training without a pause today and i am realy proud of myself atm, that's how it worked for me and i am sure it will work for u too! Just don't give up! And remember that it's not just about the way we look outside when we do it, it's about us being healthier!

  • I was skeptical at first too because you always hear the same thing on those infomercials. But I am very glad I have tried it. 14.5 inches so far in 4 weeks is AMAZING. I can't beleive it myself.

  • Nicee. I'm just about to start slim 6. I have a question, how much weight did you end up losing after 6 weeks?

  • I am actually at the end of week 4. And I am mainly going by inches, but as of last week I had lost about 14 lbs and 12.5 total inches. I do an update video every Tues/Wed. And I post my results on my info bar on my page.

    GOOD LUCK! it is hard work, but it is so worth it.

  • Hey there! I got slim in 6 in August, and I've used it a total of 23-25 times? I've lost about 4 inches from my waist and 3 from my thighs :) its working ekk. But... then i got sluggish and annoyed with it, im going to use it til I have a 29.5'' waist (3 inches to go!) Good luck :)

  • That is great I am doing Slim in 6 I just finished my third week. I have already started the last video burn it up which kicks my butt lol. I have lost 3 inches in each thigh,1 inch in my calves, 1 1/4 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, 1 inch in y arms, and 3 inchesunder my chest around my back. I love slim in 6 and I love my results. I am not going to lie it is hard work but it is very worth all the work. I am excited to see my results at the end of the 6 weeks. Keep up the good work.

  • That is so awesome!!! How encouraging! I've been getting my carcass out of bed at 5(ish) AM to walk 2.5 miles as often as I can. Now I feel guilty that I didn't do it this morning LOL. I would love to try that Slim in 6. If you lived in a 2nd floor apt would you do this workout? I don't want my neighbors light fixtures to fall LOLOL

  • I know isn't it great!!! :)

    I think it would be ok for you to use. So far there isn't much jumping around or jogging in place or anything. It is mostly squats and arms at this point.
