  • Like Gustavus, everyhing nice and clean, no fucking around. Respect.

  • Great video: I am a NASM trainer also. I posted my isometric upper body video as a response to your own. Keep up the good work.

  • Great video!!!! Thanks a lot!!!

  • Good demonstrations. Just FYI - 'Jump squats' and 'box jumps' are two different activities. Jump squats are performed on the floor, with or without a counter-movement. Non-counter-movement jumps take off from the low squat position. In a counter-movement jump, the start position is standing, with a quick drop into the low squat position then a powerful reverse of direction into the jump. Box jumps involve leaping to a box/landing platform above the height of the takeoff position. Keep training!

  • very nice i will be sure to use the balancing one with my clients great video

  • u need more speed bro

  • Great video!!!! Thanks a lot!!!

  • the first 2 exercises should be done quicker, alot quicker

  • I think maybe he was just showing the proper form, and not bothering with quickness. I can do them quicker, so I'm sure as anything he can do them a LOT quicker.

  • great workout. My football coach make us do box drills and hurdle excercis..i hate them but they help with flexibility and agility.

  • great mate. good trainer

  • that last drill is money! I would work a little more on intensity percentage. Try to get most of the drills to 90-95%. In sports we do, don't coach the body to work in less percentage umless the techinique is not 100% learned, right? thanks nice ish

  • Thats sweet as! Im already doin a few of those exercises tho u gave me some great ideas for variations!

  • NASM...thats good stuff kid..ur great at what u do, sell it now with a smile, passion, and enthusiam...keep it up dog..
