  • Hello Carlos, very good performance, excellent sound, very good amplifier. Do you speak Spanish?, this way we can contact ourselves followed(continued). Pardon for my English, I am using a translator online

  • Carlos is all American and speaks only English.

  • There's no such thing as an amp without feedback. When you mic it through the PA, the PA helps fight the feedback so you can crank the amp up to 4 or 5 and get a full sound out of the tubes. Your playing style has a lot to do with feedback, too.

  • Thanks for the comment about the amp, I plan to use it for a P.A. is it crankable without feedback, this is nearly a never seen one or played through one purchase!

  • NICE! Have you ever tried a Kalamazoo I can't decide if I should get one or not.

  • Kalamazoo has a sweet tone and you can get a good sound out of it by over-driving or playing it clean. It's an all around great amp except that it has no volume. You can't gig with it unless you mic it through the PA because it is not loud enough. Some harp players think that it is the best amp for recording.

  • Hey man have you tried a Premier b160? Also, ever heard of a FatDog A1 Amp?

  • All the model 120s have two 6V6 power tubes. The preamps are usually 12ax7s in the older amps and a EF86 in the later ones. They were designed for accordions so they sound great with harp and are not as good for guitar styles that require overdrive and distortion.
