Im thinking if Marissa was Harry Potter,she would catch the snitch in like 3 seconds.One second for whistle to blow,2 second for flying up and three for catching it.
If I remeber right ZUN didn't want this to get over blown and he thought that this would confuse people from where this orginal came from. So as to my knowledge this anime has stopped and will not continue. Don't you just love when great things are canceled? I think there's an ova dvd with 4 episodes but, other than this has been halted.
(If you don't know who ZUN is, he is the creator of the Touhou series and Touhou is Bullet Hell game.)
They stopped making the one-episode Touhou anime because ZUN asked/told them to stop. He doesn't want people to know Touhou as an anime.
There is another anime (Not the same one) named Touhou side story or something, about the Moon&Rabbits more than anything else. I'm sure there's more, just look around.

The other one is from 東方アルティメットトゥルース ソロピアノアレンジ (Touhou Ultimate Truth Piano Arrange). As far as I know it's less than two minutes long and I haven't found any other similar vids.
@Hakakuno the Maikaze guy wasn't in c77, if he gets his finances round he'll probably be at c78 next summer, but the seiyuu cost him shitloads just for the first episode
well im surely thinking if ZUN want touhou to be an anime maybe he select kinema kan as the official production who's thinking to? nah just thinking cuz kinema kan having a great animation more like the official character as well
@gewehr77 Well yeah, but either animation company will do. Im not gonna judge which is better nor do I care much. All I care and want is a Touhou anime out there. Legit and goes with what ZUN likes.
@Hakakuno The reason that they haven't outed an episode two as of yet is because Zun himself said NO. I remember when episode one got put out that Zun got very upset and told the makers to stop. I don't know what happened since then but apparantly an episode two IS in the works. Maybe Zun finally gave them the green light. i don't know and I'm too tired to research.
@Hakakuno According to Absolute Anime there are 3 OVA episodes. I really hope they make a full-blown Touhou anime someday. God knows the fans want one badly enough that it should be a good idea.

The Memories of Phantasm, I suggest watching it with subbes at full screen.
This anime has a much better quality then the ones seen here but its much shorter^^
