@redrifles It helps start the dirt bike basically.. Look just below the handle bars for a little circle thing, pull it up and there is the choke.. It makes the seem as if the idle is really high.

It'll be too tall I'm 5'7" age 13 and it is perfect height, u may need to lower it or get a used PW80 those are smaller (25" seat height) while the ttr is 31.6" seat height

a little hint. the engine seems to be idling at too many revs. Theres a small screw on a spring near the engine, and if you turn that, you can adjust how many revs your engine idles at. Hope this helps
