  • Beautiful:))))

  • @gianrossinimdq what about anne sophie mutter?

  • l really like,,,,

  • HQ???

  • Hoje tive o prazer de poder assistir ao vivo Sarah Ghang e estou ate agora impressionado com sua performance.Impecável e perfeita!!!

  • Is she Korean???

  • @megan9522 Yes she is, she was born as Young Joo Chang.

  • @blablabla747 oh so sarah is just her english name! thanx!:)

  • last point, i guess u're from the states cuz some of friends feel the same too - no offence :)

  • Kogan's version is indeed more soulful. To say Sarah is technically superior in general is possibly true, but for this rather simplistic piece, Sarah simply choose to play it flashier and as a result, missing the same level emotions as compared to Kogan's version. Midori and Vengerov are two modern violinist who are superior than Sarah when it comes to musicality. Sarah is nice to look at, her techniques fantasitic, but I found myself ordering Midori and Vengerov's CDs inbstead of Sarah's.

  • Very nice!

  • I like it very much <3

  • and seriously, the people saying, "so and so is better" completely miss the point. Music is not a competition, it's expression. Go watch sports if you want competition.

  • @Malikon13 i want to be persuaded too but what about music competitions?

  • @williamevans321 what about them? They're kind of dumb really. Music isn't a sport. If it were I think all guitarists would've quit playing after seeing Michael Angelo play. He's physically the best guitarist the worlds ever had.

But then you get someone like Jimmy Page in Led Zeppelin, who's extremely sloppy and lacking in technique, yet has written some amazing music.

When it comes to classical, it's a whole other world. They love to compete. It's sad.

  • @Malikon13 as a musician myself, i do not think that competition is necessarily bad as it is only an opportunity that u can appreactiate and learn from others. People who truly enjoy competitions do not think that they must be the winner. And sports arent all about competitions, people enjoy it even not joining competitions ! So what i want to say is music and sports arent only about competitions!!

  • @Malikon13 And there's a very wrong point u've made about sports as I can't see why people have to give up what they are doing when there's someone better than them or they are simply not the best one! It's all about the joy that u have from playing it, which can be music or sports! And please remember that music does need a certain degree of technquie to bring about good music - u should be able to know that when u've played music for some time. And Jimmy Page's technique isnt too bad :)

  • @williamevans321 You can see it however you choose too. I have great technique on guitar and can play Paganini or whatever I want to play. I still see it as expression and not competition. It's amusing when someone says, "So and so plays better then so and so." Because I think they're missing the point completely. Music is Art. Art is not a Sport.

  • @Malikon13 yea i get ur point. its just that people have treated competitons in a wrong way which makes them fail to appreciate what a real competition really is. In fact, sports can be art too if people use it to express of the beauty of human body, just like synchronised swimming.

  • @Malikon13 I totally ****** LOVE ****** and AGREE with your absolutely SPOT-ON comment here Malikon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE it! And thank you so much for posting your feeling and your "feeling" happens to be 100% FACT.

  • @gianrossinimdq I can only agree

  • The playing is good but the makeup is ghastly....

  • @winrx ...and some commentators ? Imbeciles !

  • remember when people used to play legato where it's marked? instead of making nasty impulses on every note?

  • i think technically sarah changs interpretation may be superior but there's something missing from this performance when you compare it to Leonid Kogan's performance of the same piece. It's hard to describe, but you can sense from Kogan's performance that there is deliberation and soul and devotion in every note. It's just different...

  • i feel sad for any one who doesnt like this awesome music. this is gods greatest gift to us

  • too much tempo for my taste, not enough time to put emotion into the piece. Kogan is far superior

  • Kogan is better.

  • @saintmichael104 oh shut the fuck up !

  • @LJBndDB no, I'm good.

  • una pregunta... cuanto dura el re antes de los treintadosavos??no dura un tiempo??k mal k mal... pero toca bien jaja

  • How can ANYONE dislike this? Regardless of your musical preferences, this is such a gorgeous piece of music! Played so skillfully and beautifully by a beautiful woman. Maybe they were so moved by it that they pressed it by accident?

  • me enamore!

  • The best interpretation of this piece that I never heard.

  • Very nice interpretation

  • What is that, does something move around the wheel that's circling Sarah??

  • @elftails No, it's the camera view as it circles Sarah, showing different angles of her. Also, as she sways/moves back and forth, the camera follows her, so the background appears to be moving. :-)

  • Brilliant!!!!

i played this a couple years back....i LOVE this piece soo much

  • it is too bad that this video is not stero!!!

  • Thanks for re-uploading this, beautiful music.
