@Iamvillainous My thought was that his Omni-tool is what's supplying his shield. The real question is why the hell does Shepard have access to his Omni-tool if he's on trial for mass genocide? You would think the Human Alliance would have a way of removing whatever implant supplies its power, or otherwise deactivating a tool that can do *anything*, at least until Shepard's exonerated. :P Otherwise he could just hack a terminal and have his crime lowered to a parking violation

I believe the last 2 minutes of this video is one of the best emotional scenes I have ever seen done for anything - whether a game or a movie....

Between the music, the little boy struggling to get on the shuttle, and Shepard's expressions, that scene was so moving I practically cried.
