  • @hsghatora at this moment i am working on a canvas myself using a palett knife and my very own shit that i work with the knife in the canvas....great to see it fall off as the flakes dry off and drop of the paint leaving a very artistic stain....the painting is called shit happens and already i am having a customer who will pay dollars for it

  • @hsghatora i am not usa president but lets say and pretend i was...i would every halloween gather all the modern art abstract paintings in the country and throw it all in the middle of a bon fire to celebrate guy folks....and i would gather all the artists and make them work in the fileds as farmers.....

  • @afaf233

Now at least we know whom we NOT elect as president! Thanks for your openness!

(By the way! What you will do as president is not in the power of a president!

    Maybe in Syria!)

  • @eisee8sch i bet i put my works on a wal and his and get 100 people that 90 percent would say that my nonesense that i paint looks better...u r just jelous...i didnt say this guy is not an artist...i said he is ...a good one too....anyone able to make millions from thsi farce deserves my utter respect for sure.....

  • @afaf233 In art it is not important what a stupid majority thinks ...

  • @eisee8sch i would not trust my kid to an art teacher who paints like that.....fraudster

  • @afaf233 Lucky teacher!

  • @afaf233 Find out a little about Twombly! Then you realize also that it gives him no longer. He is sadly died last year.

  • @afaf233 and, not the artists make millions, but the perverse art market!

  • @hsghatora thank god for modern abstarct art...i have at last found a way to make a living doing nothing of value and getting paid well for it..and i am presently doping a set of paintings that i call my dots and slashes period doing tyhe canvas when i am blind folded not seeing the clors or the canvas....just hit it anywhere with knife....i also invented some very nice bs talk to explain the artistic mood behind the nonesense i am painting.....

  • @hsghatora i fucking beat picasso.....he has peoples eyes in thier nose i have peoiples eyes outside the canvas at the back of it.....he paints guys with eight fingers i pain guys with one finger.....its easy once you get to learn the bullshit.....and this guy wonbly sure has the bs stuff to perfection....i would love to meet him and spit in his face....con man like me.....thats is the art...its the con....a total fraud...way to go these days when u r a dead beat good for nothing yuy

  • @afaf233 Oh an saudi arabian excrement-(n)e(u)rotic! Nice! This will please Allah.

  • You wellcome

  • Great video, great artist, great theme he paints about, great artworks that make me see them again and again and again in order not to miss any detail: color, construction, brush, composition; and absolutely great music. Thks a lot fo sharing.

  • @abassobosch Thank you very much for your attention and this kind comment!

  • It actually reminds me a work with the language of representation from cave painting, the same crudity but in a modern and more intentionally abstract way. But it's not very much for me: it's too rude... And Pergolesi is perfect indeed, but this voice doens't sing it very well. :(

  • @olivleonardo

    1) "cave painting" = wrong!

    2) "this voice doesn't sing it very well" = wrong!

    3) :( = wrong !

    Everything else = ok. :)

  • @eisee8sch lol. Doesn't you see some paralell between - let's say - the syntax of cave painting and these works? It was more like a comparison, I though it interesting to think how that way of representation - like icons superposed on the frame, like on a field, bidimensional - was associated here with battle scenes, in some sort of primitivism, but modernally reworked because of its materials and supports! And listen to Emma Kirby on Pergolesi!

  • @olivleonardo Of course, it is good to think about it! The cave paintings, at least, the ones that I know much more geared to the real thing! They are graphically realistic! Cy Twombly, however, has found a stylization that is intuitive and emotional original and without any "craft technique." He has for example often purposely with the left hand drawing and painting, although he was right-handed. Emma Kirkby's Stabat Mater with LSO, is unfortunately a little kitschy, like much of LSO.

  • @eisee8sch No, cave paintings are very stylized! Search for "Traful cave paintings" on Google Images. But yes, it was just one point of comparison, and I didn't mean a retrograde comparison, because Twombly is very modern. Stravinsky employed some kind of primitivism in his music, but it was just one element in a very modern music. And Emma Kirby is not kitsch! She recorded Stabat Mater with Hogwood and Academy of Ancient Music, not with LSO.

  • @olivleonardo But I know a version with the London Symphony Orchestra and Emma Kirkby!

    And that is kitschy, sorry!

And what is "stylized" with the direct hand-prints of the Cueva de las Manos?

  • @olivleonardo The animal designs are very elaborate, artificial and downright elegant. Twombly's illustrations are always something else entirely, shaky, insecure, etc.

  • @eisee8sch I was thinking how the cave paintings are rough, and it was in this sense that I made a comparison, but it didn't convince you, ok... lol. About Emma Kirby, I don't know this recording, but she is a HIP interpreter, it means she has a sober, clean and easy style, not affected, pathetic, romantic, with any exaggeration that we could call kitschy.

  • @olivleonardo ... her name is Emma Kirkby, not Kirby, and this recording with the LSO, you can find here on YT.

  • @eisee8sch Dear God, I've never noted, thanks. But look for her recording with James Bowman and Christopher Hogwood conducting The Academy of Ancient Music! This singer here is out of tune.

  • @olivleonardo "Dear God", no, that's wrong!

  • @eisee8sch This is an interjection, it exists.

  • Splendid transparencies in this cycle : we feel air and space through the light means of a quasi abstraction in a musical like language !

  • @360nine ...or the adult in the child? :->

Why everybody thinks of kindergarden here?

  • It is a huge complement to Twombly, as children are naturally and enormously creative.

  • @quagapp

Ha,ha, yes, but nevertheless children can not do this because it takes a lot of experience and maturity.

Children want always to paint "something". They have another motivation. Twombly's art is the art of

    non-volition of something.

  • nice pictures, reminds me of kindergarten

  • @Libertinus79

    Wrong!

A child could not do that!

  • May the soul of this genius rest in peace - or soar.

  • Beautiful paintings and very nice video! The Pergolesi is perfect.

  • I'm moved to tears by the majestic beauty created by this great Master.

  • It is impressive to think that Twombly painted this cycle at the age of 73, even though they are not my favourite works by him (too decorative...). Thanks for this video.
