@mdwharton2 Actually I support it because like Ron paul has pointed out 75 % of Americans use Marijuana. 2 Most criminal in jail are in on Marijuana related charges. 3 Our economy is so bad right now we are closing down essential program's and the economic boost per-state would be astounding. People die from Alcohol every few Seconds they dont from weed. To finish Legalizing Weed is the last thing Drug Dealers want because. It's bad for there buissness. The Cartels of the world wont be happy.
@LilithNova27 Not 75%. It was more like 25% of americans. But I agree with you. I've never used and will never use it, but I think it should be legalized like alcohol. Alcohol is more dangerous but we agreed we had to stop prohibition because it increased crimes, raised the prices of alcohol (which means more % of the GDP is wasted on it than if it were cheap), and created a disrespect for the rule of law (since the law was tyranny).
No government has any right to tell anybody what they can do with the security of their persons. No government has a right to legislate or impose force morals onto anyones behavior. Nor does any government have any right to illegalize something that grows naturally in the environment, just like they cant ban the existence of whales, humans, corn, and any other living thing. No government is above natural law.
lol im not refuting drugs are bad but i refute that the government has the rite to regulate what you put in your body. i refute that they are aloud to take perscription pain medicine because theyve brain washed people that thats moral but marijuana isnt? and i refute that people should go to jail for something that is a disease, should we throw alchohalics in jail too?- ron paul 2012
Those that advocate illegal drugs should also advocate illegal alchohol unless of course you support it because you are a drug dealer.
