Paying for the T3 hall is easy. Our guild has saved around 1,300 plat in 1.5-2 weeks. The sticky part, for us anyway, will be coming up with the millions and millions of status required for all the really juicy stuff.

have your guild do "charity" raids for the guild halls. We saved up enough to buy our tier 3 hall in just a few weeks worth of raiding.
