@xscottmcdonaldx Its technically a clean boost pedal but it does distort after a certain point. I was using an tube amp already on the verge of breaking up so it just gave it that extra nudge. Clean boosts have a lot of uses. On solid state amps or amps with more clean headroom they are great for volume or solo boosts.
To all who need the perfect boost. Get the mxr cae mc-401 boost/line driver. Boost without tone change!
