when you get near the end of installation and it says download complete you can disconnect from internet,it means switch off your internet connection.that what i did and it installed no problem.hope this helps

You need to uninstall NET framework 3.5 on you Add/remove programs and then instal it. It works for me just fine :)

go on google type in net framework clean up the second link down click on updated version of the net clean up tool go to where it says download location then click the second link u willl also need winrar save the file with winrar and after right click press extrack here after u will see 3 more icon come up click the cleanup-tool one install it all then try to install net framwork again this should work

it may be caused because you already have NET Framework 3.5 installed... well if you have try uninstalling it and installing it again.
