when you have the pole in the middle of your legs (i mean in front of your body)

this looks easier hows your first try for me

i could do that with the pole in the middle, but would need to hang on with my arms, cause i tried, u won't stick the pole in that position done that way...lemme know, i'm takin today off, but tomorrow i'll try 4 u
