I live in California, and construction has never been more vigourous - for high-end condos! I don't know who is able to afford $2mil condos in the middle of a neighbhorhood (mine) that used to be called "crack alley," but all I know is that many of my neighbors are being priced out of even renting. I don't know where they are supposed to go. There are no jobs where rent is cheap, and where there are jobs, it is too high for the average worker.

There will be no programs to help people stay in their homes. First off the banks are out of the housing industry. 20%down or more and high credit score maybe maybe not. The banks are broke forget liquidity it is now a matter solvency. On top of that the NWO wants the end of private property and all of this was a deliberate scheme that took on a momentum all of its own and now is out of control.
Look to a whole generation before real estate will normalize if ever.
