hi i downloaded the style for the forum but i can't change it from prosilver to prospace can you help me plz.?

Has it been uploaded into the styles directory? If so you should be able to install it in the admin panel under styles. I can't remember exactly how.

First login with your username and password. Then there should be a link at the bottom of the page. You will lastly have to re-enter your password.

You have to upload the theme files and then go to styles and then click the install link. Something like that.
