man i love this game..... sure its broken/unsupported/filledwithcheater/missing alot of features... but wtv still the only good tactical shooter i've played this gen.
should try to join you guys sometime... no else i know still plays this.
I wouldn't say failure, the game is pretty damn good, the problem is the franchise had such little reputation after Confrontation. Zipper Int wanted to make the game their way, and most likely not call it Socom, but then realized all the backlash they would get from fans not calling a third person shooter made by Socom devs Socom. They couldn't win either way, so I guess they took the less harsh way out by calling the game Socom.
do a decent amount of people still play this game just wondering im gona get my ps3 back last time i played this was october please reply

This game is dead boring to watch, I prefer Socom 4 or any of the PS2 Socom games to watch on the tube, but I'll still watch either way :)
