5.6 sounds more credible. after all it has the same engine as the E55, SL55 and they do 0-60 in about 4.7. so I cant imagine a 2 and a half ton vehicle doing the same exact time.

See, that's what I was thinking, but the only thing is that Motortrend and other magazines try to achieve the quickest time by doing brake-launches all the time. In one of them (I don't remember which one) the authors of the article said that they achieved the best time with the E63 when they braked, revved the engine to 2.5k RPMs and then let off the brake. I'm thinking that 5.6 without brake launch and maybe 4.7 with....? What do you think?

nahhh its better .. specially if u have about 500 000 euros to spare and yet some more to pay the fuel bills... u can take it to BRABUS and pump it to a insane ... 700 bhp and that will take u from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds...
