  • This is great, but great point at the end,....precipitation of other drought-stricken provinces diverted thru cloud seedin' to china's capital,....just like two cities along a major river, the upstream city thinks the water belongs to it, yet the downstreamers have a right to some, thats why they made their home there,....nothin' compares to Mother Nature!!!
