  • What a great teacher you are, so much fun to watch, and so clear to understand!

    Thanks for sharing!

Love your hair! Did you ever do the Barber cut video.....I would like to see that.

    hugs,

    Annie

  • @anniew304 Thanks much for your kind comment. I never did to the haircut video, too shy to ask the hairdresser :)

  • First time viewer here! LOVE ur project!! I'm WAY new to paper quilling, very much love it tho. What kind of glue were you using? Also... where can you get that paper fringer?! I NEED to make these flowers! <3

  • @MzPixelFetish I use a craft glue (it is a fast drying white glue) that I purchase from quillingsuperstore dot com. I bought the paper fringer on Ebay from a craft company. I have heard of people getting fringers that didn't work very well, so if you buy one make sure that the company is reputable and that you can return it if necessary

  • I buy all of my quilling supplies directly from Lake City Craft and they carry tons of quilling stuff. I have been quilling for many years now but I really enjoy your quilling demos. Thank you

  • @serelda1 I buy mine from quillingsuperstore and they say lake city craft on them, lol. I have found the prices to be virtually identical though. Nice to meet a fellow quiller!

  • Hi tammy i saw your comment on another blog about haircuts. You said you now go to a barbers at the mall it sound great your hair looks great. Hope you make a video about your barbercuts and maybe film you cut sometime.

  • That is actually a good idea about the haircut video.

It is called a barber shop but quite a few women go there

Thanks for the compliment about my hair :)

  • This is really cool. I could watch you do this all day.

  • Thanks Dave!

I wonder sometimes if people find this kind of video boring, thanks for the input.

  • Very cool Tammy, I wish I had the patience to do something so intricate.

  • Once you practice a bit, it's actually pretty easy. Thanks Daryl

  • those would be good for scrapbooks! that was awesome, thanks for sharing!

  • They would be excellent for scrapbooking!

    Thanks.

  • yea i had to go to michaels to get the stuff,LOL but i couldnt find the flower shreder thing... :-( only the needle/ paper...

  • I bought the fringer (flower shredder thing) on Ebay. You can get them many places online for about 35-40 bucks. Expensive but it saves LOAD of time and the flower petals are nice and consistent.

  • he thanks! i will check it out1 michaels didnt have much, so i will check e-bay. :-))

  • Wow, I've never seen anything like that! Beautiful!

  • Thanks! The results are nice and the actual crafting is very easy.

  • That seems fun :) !!

Where do you get that tool at?

  • I bought the tool (called a fringer) on Ebay from a scrapbooking/crafting company.

    it was $40

  • Thanks Gail, I don't get to do as many crafts as I'd like, just not enough time.

  • Oh oh oh there is that cool little cutty the endy machine again!

Hmm the video does look a little crushed, doesn't it? Not much.

    The end result/money shot? Awesome.

  • Thanks Beth,

I have found that for my particular camera and computer the "high quality video (large) seems to be better than the "best for computer" setting.

I love my cutty the endy machine!

  • Much Love ...Travis

  • Thank you Travis

  • VERY very pretty.Saved to my playlist! i will try and do these myself one day :-) thankyou.

  • Millie,

The flowers are actually very easy to make with the fringer. I hope you try them, thanks.

My Mom started calling me that :)

Thanks as always for you great comments Alesha.

  • That was amazing and so pretty love daisy`s my bathroom has daisys in it...I now know I have to get a fringer....lol

  • Get a fringer! You won't regret it. They are expensive but they work very well.

  • Very very pretty. The patience this must take alone is astounding.

    take care - jenn

  • These one's don't take much patience actually because the fringer does most of the work for you.

    Thanks Jenn!

  • That is so pretty! I love it! :) I really love flowers but Daisy's are probably my favorite! :)

    Emily

  • I love daisies too. The simple white with yellow centers are always pretty.

  • wow that was really pretty... is there anything you can't do? lol

  • Oh, lots I can't do! :)

    Thanks.

  • that is so cute! My stuff looks not so good..LOL although I like the snowflake.. I hate the quilling paper I got at Michale's! It's so thick! like card stock!

  • I've only bought the quilling paper from one place so far, I didn't know it came in different thicknesses.

  • Tammy I could watch you do that for hours. That is so very interesting.. The finished project eas beautiful

  • Thanks Dolores,

    It is fun to do.

  • Tammy!! Wow look at you go..lol..that is absolutely gorgeous!! It still blows my mind when I see you quilling..such a talent!!

Great joke Max..I promise not to spread it..lol

    Have a great day!!

  • Talent isn't really that necessary, you just follow the instructions, it is very easy to do. But I say thanks for your lovely comment regardless Eva.

  • Ya know..I can follow instructions as well as the next..but the work you do is so delicate..it is Talent for sure!!!

  • Awesome job Tammy!!

    You Rock Tammy!

  • Thanks Lesli, let me know when it arrives. :)

  • Very pretty and very spring-like! You still amaze me!

  • Thank you Barb.

It is very easy to do actually. Just takes a little patience.

  • im gonna have to practice that, i love daisies!

    so pretty!

    xoexo

  • They are time consuming without the fringing machine, but they turn out nice everytime.

  • thats so pretty

  • Thank you so much.

  • Lovely :)

I loved the leaf punch with the handle ..

Mine is a press on type from top and that was one of the mistakes I made when started purchasing craft punches .. you need to get an aid tool with it .. which I did not know before

so I switched to new types .. then to die cutting machines ..

    oh well ..

I loved the video .. but then again .. I always enjoy your videos ;)

    Thanks for sharing Tammy

  • I look at the die cutting machines each time I go to the craft store!! So tempting. Do you have a cuttlebug?

You should do a demo video on how they work, I'd like to see it.

  • That turned out really pretty. :)

  • Thank-you, it was an experiment based on a photo of a similar one I saw online.

  • Very pretty! What are you going to do with? It would make a great wedding gift in a frame.

  • I made it as a gift for a Ytuber, but the wedding gift idea is an excellent one.

You could put the wedding date in the center.

  • You've got one of those cool machines!! So very cool!! I loved it! Hugs Tammy! Cute joke Max!! Hugs to you!

  • You need to buy a fringer, they are fun to use and you can make such easy nice flowers.
