  • nice machine

  • thats very cool i wish i had that is that suppose to make ur wrist/forearm stronger? keep it up.

  • In fact, the only practical use of the machine is assuming the bent over position so the other Bruce Lees or more likely Robert E Lees don't have to wait around until the soap is dropped while under the showers.

  • @Imusthaveachannel I love how this loser with no photo and fake channel went through all this trouble to say nothing.

  • Good vid, looks like a sick machine! Nice music choice as well, fuck that commercial garbage!

  • The problem with these machines is that you start to use your legs instead of your hands when the weight gets heavy. Look at the final part of the video and you'll see what I mean.

  • @Imusthaveachannel Another hater with zero videos and knowlege of something he's never done in his life.. your mother is on red tube.

  • Nine - Any Emcee ....... that the song / music

  • @kingsalar1 Yo G It's Nine _ what cha want.

  • @HardcoreKidMemo Just looked it up it's spelt "Whutcha" want

  • @HardcoreKidMemo i got muddled up

  • wwwDOTnewyorkbarbellsDOTcom

  • I'd probably rip my cock off using a machine like that all the time lol!

  • The original Bruce Lee one is still in use at the IMB Academy in Carson, Ca

  • Where can i buy one of these..luv this thing !! :)

  • i had a a machine like this.it improved my grip and forearms. go slow .dont use everyday. take breaks...be careful.

  • this machine was actually invented by master lee

  • @mewmaster151 wrong. the machine came out in the 60's by bob hoffman. Lee had his built to hold more weight.

  • Guy in the video has beast strength.

  • What is the artist and track used in this video? Anyone know because I would be very appreciative to know.

  • Great Tony!!! ^__^

  • where did you buy this from, please let me know i want one badly

  • One great piece of exercise equipment. Of all the things to have that would be among the best

  • great exercise !!

  • @torobaby1 PVC pipe wont work. It has to hold at least 150lbs of weight. I can send you photos of it from email, that would make it easy to copy. only 2 pieces of steel.

  • @tonyvalente Hey mate can I please have the design for this machine if possible? I really need this machine man. Thanks.

  • @asianstrength York barbell has a good one for 150$ that is real good. Look up Joe Kinney has a gravity grip trainer that's really good. it's only 2 pieces of metal.

  • @tonyvalente $150 is so expensive for such an equipment. Is this a homemade machine? If it is can you please make a tutorial on how to make one of these?

  • @tonyvalente I can send you photos of it. its only 2 pieces of steel. message me your normal email. There's not a whole lot you can do on it. very easy to over train on it, and hurt tendons.

  • freaking sweeet! I'm going to try and homemake one of these. Thanks! But why do you do like a few then stop and add more then a few more and so on? Is there a reason for this. Does it make you sronger quicker? Thx!

  • @werytraveler there easy to make. and will save you a lot of money. I was just showing the machine, not so much doing a routine. joe kinney has the best grip video out for training, a must see.

  • freaking sweeet! I'm going to try and homemake one of these. Thanks! But why do you do like a few then stop and add more then a few more and so on? Is there a reason for this. Does it make you sronger quick. Thx!

  • I just ordered some heavy grips.

  • @RespectMyHate heavy grips are good. I use them also. joe kinney has the best grip video out of all time.

  • hi tony, fuck man well done, who built that for you ? please let me know as i would love to purchase one. if you made it could you make another,, i would pay for costs and post of coarse to Australia. reguards Adam.

  • @kyokushinGOJU adam, you can buy a good grip machine at elitefts.com

  • nice keep up the good work!

  • Arent you supposed to pick these up?

  • Ho my god, you grip 110lbs each arm, 220lbs with two arms?

  • So in what ways do i use it for my forearm cause I want to kinda do both?

  • @jaylyn3 pull ups and wrist curls

  • @tonyvalente do you mean like pullups on the bar?if so aight

  • @jaylyn3 yes

  • Hey tony, does this just work your grip or forearms or does it do both?

  • @jaylyn3 depends how you use it. I prefer to focus more on the hand for inch punching.

  • Incredible grip strength. Very impressive.

  • what's the beat? it's dope

  • Can you really compare those weights against a CoC gripper?

  • @libb3n YES. the coc is design for guys with giant hands. Many strongmen like Dennis Rogers and Bill Kazmaier told me they cant do it because of small hands. Heavy hand grippers are made for guys with normal size hands. the 280 in coc, is the same as HH in 350. the trick is in the handle. And weights will help you do the coc, but the coc wont help you with weights. Its a different kind of power. The machine is better for punching, than the coc.

  • @tonyvalente

Well, im pretty confident in my gripper, i have brutal one. I love it, but all im wondering is what your weights is like compared to a gripper.

Is your 100 lbs rack like 130lbs gripper or what? Is there any way to measure this?

  • @libb3n Much harder. Weights is totally different than springs. I train with 180lbs weights, and i close the 300lb on the heavy hands gripper.

  • @tonyvalente

Ok then. You still wouldent be able to close my gripper, but is ok i cant either =)

  • @libb3n wrong! I can close the 300. your gripper would be a toy

  • @tonyvalente

Trust me Tony, you cant close my gripper. And it's a handgripper, so i would say. EOD. =)

  • @tonyvalente

Hand size does not matter whether you're closing an HG or Coc gripper. I have small hands and can close a #3, it's just a matter or getting yourself strong enough. It is true, though, that trying to handle dead weight on a floor model gripper is harder. I can squeeze up 280lbs with two hands but cannot hold the handles shut with one hand. Just one more reason Joe Kinney got himself so strong.

  • @mrhtml16 dennis rogers and bill kazimir said because of there hand size they cant do it, and there 2 of the strongest men to walk the earth.

  • @tonyvalente

Satohisa Nakada was the first man in japan to get certified on #3 in 1998. He weighed 137lbs. Do u think his hands were big? Some of the strongest guys in the world can't close the #3.

  • where can you find exircise equipment like that?

    haha

  • what's the name of this piece of equipment and where can I get one?

  • Cool , I like the machine, but after checking the price on Ironmind, I'm just gonna weld my own. I've really gotten into grip training, it's a blast when added onto my regular , boring strength training. Thanks for the vid dude~

  • lol funny machine

  • It looks like when the weight was getting heavier you were helping with your arms a little. Not trying to be a dick.

  • @taylorb2053 sometime you want to cheat alittle to protect your tendons. Also always drop the weight. if you feel burning then watch out!

  • How much weight do you use? I rather use heavy grippers. Got 3, one of 100 pounds, 150 pounds and 200 pounds. I can close the 200pounds one 5 reps each hand and I only weight about 138pounds.

  • I like heavy grippers but i did the 350lb out of the package with no problem. There not accurate. I work heavy as possible.

  • @tonyvalente where is your video proof of that? Id like to see it

  • @rico300zx new videos coming soon.....

  • @tonyvalente is this machine worth buying jw? like what muscles does it work? like does it work the whole forearm and work the grip hard?

  • Go-Really-Grip™ Machine vs Titan Hand Grip Machine??

Which one is "better"?? ie quality wise, which one can hold more lbs, and r they both made in china?.. it doesnt say much either new york barbells or iron mind website..

  • ironminds hold up to 400lbs. york hold 150lbs. the iron mind will survive an earthquake. Its sold and made in the US.

  • cool bruce lee invented this contraption? i first used it with my uncle in his powerlifting gym in puerto rico but didn't know bruce lee invented it thats cool

  • hwy man dont listen to the negative feedback, i really liked your vid and it gave me many ideas for having a solid grip. Thanks and keep up the good work!

  • Bruce lee was black?

  • hahahaha, omg, looooooooooool, your jokes =D

  • yes, they made him white with post production editing.

    :)

  • @dalasha only if he wore shoe polish

  • you have weak forearms, that weight on that grip machine is very light weight baby!!

you are closing what?? 100lbs pfffffff

when you can close a coc gripper n3 baby then post video, thats rated at 280lb pressure, separate the men from the boys, i could crush u wiv my grip

  • you fucking roid head. go squeeze your boy friends dick for 3 sets of ten.

  • blah blah blah, close a number 3 then we can talk, until then ur a rookie wiv spaghetti forearms

  • @tonyvalente lmao "three sets of ten"

  • @megaman8484 Show yourself doing it then.

  • seriously man.... stop being a scrub tony....all training, no fighting....

  • I always wanted a Forearm machine...no gym I've ever been to has one like the in this video on in photos of Bruce Lee using. Did you have the made yourself? My simple handgrips dont' do much and wish I had a machine like the one shown....that would get my forearms Pumped!!!

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!! You're working too heavy dude. When that thing moves, it means you are pulling up on the device. You are using more than you can handle with strictly your hand. It's a great machine, and grip training is fantastic, but that's an awful example to give. You should be pushing down on the top bar with your entire body through the lifting hand so that when you are gripping the weight moves while the device is pressed firmly into the ground, motionless.

    Good exercise, bad form.

  • trust me. my grip is way stronger than yours!

  • Maybe. Compare your grip to mine:

I close my # 2 Captains of Crush 8-10 times with my right hand and 3-5 times with my left. Closed means I can hold a piece of paper between the handles. It takes 205 lbs of force to do that.

I deadlift 185 lbs for 10 reps with a 2.5" thick bar. I do 2 finger pullups for reps. I weight 229 lbs.

I have used those machines before and to 10 good solid reps with 95 lbs, as opposed to your single lift of 105 or 115, I can't tell which you are doing.

  • trust me it aint stronger than mine, ok post a vid of you closin a number 3 coc then a 3.5, then well speak, untill then ur light weight baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • Nice !

  • That contraption is amazing. Where did you get it? Is it homemade or available for purchase?

  • lol fukk a grip in a real streetfight i break a chair on ur bakk

  • weak hands break very easy on hard headed fuckers such as yourself.

  • lol true.

  • You'd better, you sure as hell aren't going to beat him up with your grammar!

  • lol u believe in lizzards ur argument is invalid

  • I shot this video in 1 take just to show the iron mind gripper. I never do over 8 reps. And my grip is like pliers grabbing you. pull ups with baseballs is so easy give me a break. and he says dont work heavy!

  • I never said don't work heavy :P

I said that you are working so heavy that you are losing good form, and you are not building as much hand strength as you could if you were going a few pounds lighter and not pulling up with your body to try and complete the grip. Working heavy is the only way to get strong, but working beyond your limits is counter-productive.

    Rhino : You're funny :) I like you.

  • give me a break, you grip leads alot to be desired, you have forearms like noodles, if i shook ur hand u will no who the grip daddy is

yea i could turn your bones to powder dust

  • What's your status in grippers?

  • yea whats the purpose of this training?

  • improves your grip

  • for fighting every thing has a purpose to be a complete fighter your intire body needs to be strong

  • good workout .

  • VERY NICE!!

  • "I want to master Bruce Lee's Finger Kung Fu style" soundbite from "The Young Master" - ???

  • Tony allways puts great & rare tunes in his videos !

  • Who you one test? Tony Valente! Good stuff bro and cool you busted out with the JKD Bruce Lee style equipment. Respek! Nine Livez!

  • Hi Tony, try keeping your elbow in when you pull up and don't flex your wrist, elbow shuld be in line with fore arm or you use your shoulder to pull. wrist should not bend at all. Let the weight hang through your finger and then only using your fingers curl them up and in to close your grip. Focus on using only the fingers and no other body parts to move. You will find this gives you much more gripping power

  • thanks tony but what is the purpose of the grip training?

that looks freakishly hectic to do :p

  • tony tell these people where to get this grip machine

  • Hey Tony, very nice video realization. U have strong forearms, with no doubt, and... Where can I buy this machine?!?!

    Thx for share.

  • awesome...*****
