Great video! I have been wanting to do this for a while and will do so in the near future. I have just started researching info and doing some serious thinking about it. I have very similar ideas as the ones in this video, but I haven't heard anyone put it as clearly as you did. This was very helpful and I am excited to get started.

This is a good video.
In fact I invest all of my money in Mobile Homes. And live in one.
I even teach people on how to invest in mobile homes. Have a look at my video if you would like to make a wise investment for very little money.
Mobile homes offer so much more than a sticks a bricks home ever could. Not to mention a huge financial savings.

one question,
what about having to remove these mobile/trailer homes from it's location?
are you talking "home and property"?
what about when they are in a "mobile park"?
where you would have to pay rent to the park owner...
i guess that's more than 1 question, but along the same line.
