Cuting those muscules meens severe haemoragies . i dident saw any advandage vs the clasic aproach of the abdomen. And finaly your (METHOD) IS ABLOLUTLY DAGEROUS. Tension in ovarian ligament same times can damage the arteries . So i sugest you to remove this video .
