lol cute dog! She more then likely sneezed because when she was upside down her cheeks/lips were wrinkling her nose, kind of like the way dogs do then they show their fangs. I forget the scientific reason behind it, but it makes them sneeze. Thats how I taught my Border Collie how to sneeze on command lol.
