I'm Cherokee, and it school, peop,e tend to ignore the massacre and the land they stole from us. I'd much rather love to hear about my people than the blacks. I'm sorry, but I mean it.
I feel these words deep inside. That's why I it makes me soo happy to know our people are hittin' the white man where it hurts...the pocketbook! GAME ON!
wow.....i have bout 1/3 Cherokee....an this is some deep sht.....tugs at the hart.....shows ya that the government cant be trusted........never forget the past.....words don't mean any thing!!

usa is 666 and the world is right behind, what do you expect from brainwashed tv robots, only if they knew maybe they would fight back even if it's to say no to lousy can of soda, to tell the truth till we die or they kill us like they did so many and still do, fear is false, truth is real, stay happy, keep smiling, never give up! and most of all a saying i learned from a very special girl, i should say young lady, Stay Gold!!! <3 .t.
Thank you ANDYROSEFAN. I definitely agree with your comment about embarrassing American History. But if you look at America today, we are a class based society now (Rich/working/poor). Ethnicity is just another means to control economic power! Just look at the faces of our media, movies and TV for example. Simple exclusion (such as Natives, Asians and Hispanics ) from primetime or as lead characters in a TV series shows us who have economic clout...White America. Lets hope for change soon.
@LESgirl4u As an American Indian (1/2 Cherokee & 1/2 Chickasaw), I am disgusted by your remarks! My 5th great grandfather was Chief of the Chickasaw tribe and fought and defeated the British in Georgia during the Revolutionary war & was honored by George Washington personally. I sure hope you aren't a native American, because native Americans love their nation. We don't WHINE about our past, which is much worse than what Blacks went through. Love the USA, or LEAVE!
Well said. I often hear about how our people were treated by the whites. As a people we do not complain about the past.
What most people do not understand is that our people did not live in Tipi's like our brothers and sisters in the plains. We built cabins and lived in mountian caves.
One of my favorite songs,it tells a horrific story sad,but true.Too many Indians died for no reason. It is embarrassing, how a human being can do something like this to another human being,it is beyond me.I'm proud to live in the USA,but not proud of this part of American History. We should ask ourselves, who is more civilized. If someone came and took our home&destroyed our way of life,we too will go through that extreme to protect home&family, they tried but to no avail, most had perished. R.I.P : (
@ootooshohnuh ...thanks It meant alot to me to have your native approval. I too share your painful history. As a puerto rican-American with ancestral Taino indian blood I am proud to share the bond of perseverance, and pride of heritage. Stand tall.

Love the video. However, the Cherokee did not spring up from the dirt. They came to this land long ago too.
