Hi Badawyy, Just heard a new song that made me think of you, it's from a UK band called faithless, Maxi Jazz is the lead vocals... You'll not regret looking into their new album, and checking maxi's song called "flyin hi"

Checked youtube and it's not up yet, I'm a big fan of many years with Maxi and the band, but this flyin hi song has got me interested in what proper meditation is all about. If you do get the chance to hear it, the questionable lyric goes "I won't crack" not "I'm on crack"

During meditation, you can change things. Meditation only for emptying the mind is only for pregnant manager wifes. My meditations come after about ten years of studying almost every aspect. I strongly believe my friend that through active meditation we can change many things inside and outside us. It's the same mechanism as faith. I wish you the best and thanks for your comments. :)

Don't try too hard. Sit with your legs crossed underneath you (lotus position) or even on a chair and begin by listening to your senses . Close yopur eyes and let your brain expose it's imagery , play a little with it and then imagine that behind that tapestry of colors and images always morphing -according to your will sometimes- there is a black void. Imagine that you rip a hole through the tapestry and you'll feel your mind pulled inside that black space. Imagination is important too.

But meditation has to do with listening to your medium most of the time, until you connect. Or , modifying your medium through the power of imagination and concentration. It's your mind, your rules. Discover them.

Yes, yes, I've been through these ideas countless times. When I said imortality I was refeerring to the results of everything you've said. I have had my own revelations and it would be very hard for me to explain it to you. I am enlightened through study and many hours of reasoning. Meditation comes only as a continuing of my studies. Anyway, everybody is far from achieving non-selfishness. :)

Hmmm... I didn't intend it to be like that. I rather see spirituality as a pure technical part . For me spiritual things must obey electromagnetism. In this movie I try to show that we could use meditation (wich is only a technical stuff from my point of view) to transport our quantum fields across very large distances.
