Protoct this history for your children while we in Texas fight those who have tried to change our children's educational textbooks to say Martin Luther Kings's dream was "unrealistic". We are fighting this in the state, but we need the rest of the nation to keep up the outcry as we work towards a more humane and enlightened society!
Racism's been invented to control minds...just as religion and politic...Somebody don't trust the racism but use it!It's easy: Saying a thing and thinking another!
trust me yall tink racism over it een over, its even gettin to the pint wer we look as though were goin bak to r past. this lil country called the bahamas is a place full of prejudic an acist personnels. each an eryday people bring u dow cuz of ur size,ur appearance, an ur color. and especially if ur parents an descendants werent from dere the war will never be over until the world ends. trust me.
It is truly my prayer that we all put hate aside and realize we are all created by God to stand side by side and respect and love one another as he meant for us to. Much love to Dr.Martin Luther King.
FYI: As a black man this was our war on terror...during my lifetime I witnessed thousands of white terrorist....but we know that while the whole worlds watched armed white thugs in police and military uniforms terrorizing African Americans this Christian nation curse us for trying to defend ourselves. This is truly a Godless nation of racist cowards!!!
thanks for this video sometimes i forget about this stuff and get lazy but now i wana go out and do something with my life i not gonna change the world like thise guys but little things like aplying for my driving test and try and do what i can to be a make up artist sory not to give you my life story lol
That's a very moving video tribute to those that came before us and sacrificed so that WE may have the freedoms which we often take for granted. I explained to son & daughter some time ago that "You not only owe yourself to succeed but you owe those that came before you". Those like Rosa Parks, M. Evers, Malcolm X, Asa P. Randolph the planner of the 1963 March on Washington w/ key note speaker ML King Jr.,Homer Plessey, Mary McLeod Bethune and countless others.
This is very moving. Thank you so much for this amazing tribute to very deserving people- and to all that that were a part of bringing ALL Americans to this day- thank you- well done! John Barry's music is fitting.
The unfortunate part of racism is that isn't whites that are the perpetrators of the crimes now. We as blacks don't exercise the powers given to us by the ones in past generations that have given so much of themselves to help us get where we are today. Voter turn out is terrible, education is lacking etc. If we really want to rid this country of racism, then we need to pick up the torch that past generations have lit for us.
At this point in time, the struggle we now face will require all Americans to stand up against the anti-Constitutional slide our country is quickly taking. The oligarchs in power are white, pasty, & greedy & they are leading us ALL over the edge of a cliff. Wake up America...those who are for freedom can never rest.
three reasons 1.segergation sucks 2. rosa parks had the right to sit in that seat 3.immposible i thought the ku klux klan was destroyed after segeragtion
Fa Ken Right On & Power to The people!!! Amen! Racism has been pounded into our heads from all sources. media , family and friends! It ends within ourselves! Done![wink}
May God protect our beautiful black peole of America. Seeing that black man strung up on a tree with the white trash below just proves America was not a free country and still has a long way to go....
Amazing Apollo. As a white American, it is hard to really understand the extent to which racism and hatred infiltrated our country, and still does. Really made me think....
