By today's standards you can say that it has a clumsy interface, bad voice acting, and derivative plot, but it was quite a breath of fresh air in it's day. If they can look past it's age I think anyone would enjoy it. I agree that the immersion and atmosphere still hold up today. I love it as well :)

While the game has it's interesting moments, such as unexpected twists and amusing scenes, combined with great music, it suffers from clumsy interface, awkward dialogue and voice acting, and somewhat clichéd plot. But despite all of its shortcomings, the game still manages to create an unforgettable atmosphere and immerse the player fully in it. And for that I love it.
