21:13 is about a dream Claudio K has. About what he would've done if he came home on time. Josephine is slaughtered because Coheed has the Monstar virus. Josephine is one of Coheed and Cambria's daughters. The other being Maria, which he killed. As well as Matthew.

I think people struggle to "pigeon hole" Coheeds sound & the best they can come up with is Rush. As a fan of both bands I hear very little Rush influence in Coheed.

the only coheed song that i've heard that even sounds remotely close to Rush is maybe 1 or 2 parts in 2113, but givin the title i'm sure it was intentional. if anything they sound more like iron maiden, just listen to gravemakers and gunslingers. not that they completely sound like them, just you can sense the influence in that song. coheed is still one of the most original bands out there.

I understand how people say that don't sound like Rush, but i know the closest song they sound to rush would have to be The Willing Well II, sounds a bit like something Rush would've played in the day, I also think they sound nothing like Rush but i can hear it a bit in that song only

The only thing is they didn't start listening to rush until they had already created their sound, thus eliminating the cover of influences. People just hear the high voice and think rush, nothing against either band i love them both but facts should be straight in my opinion.

look at a few more interviews mate. they say they didnt listen to rush but when they was doing IKSSE3 people kept tellin them they sound like Rush, so they had a listen and DID do a play on names with 21:13 as too 2112, but made it part of the story. the time the poison was given to Matthew and Mariah i think.

First of all, 21:13 Wasn't even the title of the song at first, it was a hidden unnamed track. Second, The title 21:13 is referring to the story behind all coheed and cambria songs. In the story, Claudios family is slaughtered while He's out with his girlfriend..at 21:13.
