  • See YT vid: "Seattle Police Officer Caught On Video Talking About Making Up Evidence" by moxnewsdotcom. A corrupt department, still.

  • In response to the fact presented at the beginning of the vid, people are also unaware of it because we have government funded 'Women's Studies' courses in every college lying telling students that only men commit violence towards women and not vice versa.

  • R.I.P. Kurt Cobain....you are forever my hero...and the sexiest man that ever lived...and to Courtney Love i hope you die a slow miserable death>:(

  • weeeew...look for Courtney's interview for Nylon Tv, the 2:31 video, and you'll notice that...............Courtney and Cali seem to be buddies also recently......check out this video and at 1:36 who are we having in Courtney's living room taking pictures?.......IT'S CALI!!!!

  • To me, it sounds like she says "Yeah...kay, cuz it is a lot of money, and its Frances' money." (Rather than the 'go through' thing.)

  • There has to be someone else involved somewere, as voodoo conspiracy says opiatees make you high, you dont get hooked on something that makes you totally miserable and suicidal. Alkso with the amout that was in Kurts blood stream how did he manage to remove the syrnge, pack it all back away in his works box then pick up the gun and do the deed, dont see it myself.

My final point and i dont know if anyone can answer this but were did kurt inject himself, was it into his left arm? or right arm

  • If Natalie Wood's case can be reopened after 30 years so can Kurt's.

  • @judyleasuga INTERESTIN, AS JFKS, WHO HHER_¿

  • Kurt was murdered!!!!!

  • least the "gunshot" part wasn't. Which stands to reason that at the very LEAST someone else HAD to have been there. Thanks again. R.I.P Kurt. Thanks for the music and the memories

  • pharmacist, they'll tell you the same thing, opiates cause EUPHORIA. They're NOT a "downer". And if you have ever experienced any of these drugs, and are honest about it, then you can't help but agree. Sorry this was so long, but I've been wanting to bring that up for a long time. Thanks for your time. I hope now I've been able to at LEAST make those of you who doubt what happened...think at the very least. Cause like you, I don't know what happened for sure, but I DO KNOW it wasn't SUICIDE. At

  • that there is no way that Kurt..A) Could have killed himself and B) would have even wanted too. And if you have EVER been on any of those drugs and can't see that...then I'm sorry but you are either lying about the fact that you have taken any of those drugs or you are just trying to argue for the sake of arguing. Because out of all of this there is one thing FOR SURE, and that is the way opiates makes a person feel. That's not an opinion, or "circumstantial"..It's a FACT ask ANY doctor or

  • I think I can safely say that this person has a pretty damn high tolerance to the stuff, hell they have been doing the shit for longer than Kurt's entire life span, so chances are this person's tolerance is WAY higher than what Kurt's was. And mixing these drugs STILL has that kind of effect...Every single time without fail. And they don't use any where near the amount of heroin that would have been necessary to find that high of a level in Kurt's blood. That in and of itself has convinced me

  • who has taken heroin while also on Valium like he was? I have unfortunately seen this situation many many times myself, with some one who had WAY less heroin in their system than Kurt had. And when you mix those two drugs it makes the person start, whats known as, "Nodding Out". They LITERALLY have problems holding onto cigarettes, but Kurt put a shotgun in his mouth and pulled the trigger? NEVER. And the person that I have witnessed in this state has been hooked on Heroin since the 70's, so

  • inject something the effect is within a couple seconds. So that is seriously like instant HAPPY. There is no way he did that to himself while he was still high! A couple of hours after he came down? Sure I'd buy that. But having chronic pain issues myself, and having been on most of those drugs that are prescribed myself, there is no way I will EVER believe that he killed himself after doing that much heroin, not even taking into account that he wouldn't be able too. Have you even SEEN any one

  • opposite. BUT they are all made from the same thing, Opium, which is a drug that causes EUPHORIA...its not a downer. So now, think of that buzz, that everything is right in the world feeling you had from that Vicodin or whatever, and multiply that by like a million!...That is the "high" Kurt was on when he died. Even if Kurt had gone into that green house with the intention of killing himself..there is NO WAY he would have wanted to do so after injecting that much heroin, and remember when you

  • includes Vicodin, Percocet, Oxy Codone, Oxy Morphone, Oxy Contin, Dilaudid, and many many others up to and including heroin. Now if you have, which I'm SURE a lot of you have been exposed to at least one of these drugs at some point or another, try and remember how you felt once the drug kicked in. Unless you are someone who got sick when they took the drug, which does happen, I can tell you how you felt...HAPPY! Now I'm not saying all of these drugs are as potent as heroin, in fact, quite the

  • Okay folks, for those of you who have watched this, read the case manual, heard the tapes and are still having a hard time believing that this could possibly be true, which I can completely understand your doubts it is a pretty mind blowing tale, allow me to ask a question. Okay, lets just put the evidence off to the side here for a minute and let me ask this, how many of you who still have doubts have ever, for whatever reason, be it medical or recreational, taken some form of opiates? This

  • I hope your book comes out soon...it's been a long time...I seriously thought Love and Death would make a difference....

  • clabszero

Please e-mail me at tomgrantpi@yahoo.com if you have a chance. I can't message you on your channel.

    Thanks,

    Tom

  • @judyleasugar97

Oh, she hooked up with someone the moment she found out that Kurt died? Silly me.

  • @PeytonDavis888: A grieving widow really goes out and hooks up with other guys immediately after a husband's death? Right.

  • This is taped proof of her cheating on Kurt with Trent Reznor before his body was even found...pathetic bitch..

  • @tomgrantpi - I don't feel Kurt Cobain was suicidal at the time of his death and the evidence clearly supports this. Courntey Love ALSO didn't act as a grieving widow either as she was in the arms of another man only TWO MONTHS after her husband died? That to me seems more like the profile of an accomplice to murder. Also speaking of which where was this Trent guy at, at the time of the murder? I hardly believe that him and Courtney got together after Kurt's death plus wasn't he into drugs too?

  • @tomgrantpi - Also where was the live-in male nanny during this time? He would have had access to the property and would have known where everything was placed at in the house including the shotgun. Courtney Love claims Kurt Cobain went missing when he left the treatment center. Do you actually believe she didn't know he might go back to the house in Seattle? Were the phone records checked at the treatment center she was staying in?

  • @tomgrantpi - So naturally what comes to mind is the question did Kurt Cobain withdrawal any large amounts of money prior to this supposed suicide. I saw a video I believe it was called the last 48 hrs of Kurt Cobain where a restaurant employee states that Kurt Cobain had come in for dinner with friends and when he went to pay with his card it was declined. If Kurt Cobain had, had cash on hand then he would have used cash and not a check, so where did the money come from for the heroin?

  • @tomgrantpi - If this was a planned suicide like most usually are then wouldn't Kurt Cobain have planned on using ONE lethal dose of heroin and not do two separate injections? I also don't buy the statements that he was able to function correctly after taking such a large amount of heroin either. Did they ever investigate where he bought the heroin or even how he came up with the money to purchase it. I heard Courtney Love had cancelled his credit card.

  • @tomgrantpi - When a person is getting ready to commit suicide they write about the reasons WHY they're taking there own life. Also if Kurt Cobain was in the mind set of suicide then why wouldn't he include those last four or five lines in the note prior to signing it. Also where things like the pen found at the crime scene finger printed. The shotgun sounds like it was wiped down in my opinion. I also question the fact of why would Kurt Cobain do two heroin injections?

  • @tomgrantpi - Tom I totally agree with you and being a former police officer myself a few things come to mind, like for example I thought Kurt Cobain was left handed? I never saw any real crime scene photos, but rumors have it Kurt Cobain was found holding the barrel of the shotgun in his left hand. I would think being left handed he would have been holding the barrel in his right hand. Second, the supposed suicide letter wasn't written in the context of a man that was getting ready to end life.

  • I'm kind of scared that Tom Grant could misteriously die one day, like some other people involved in this case..

  • @blvdofbroken Good one!

  • i am hoping this case is brought to light asap. Thanks for your hard work, Tom Grant.

  • Also, what do you think of the book Heavier than Heaven? his last days, accordint to Charles R Cross were pretty dark but i always found it strange, while reading it, that he didnt have much to say agains Courtney at all! But for him to have invented all that endding, he must not just like Courtney but have been paid by her to write the whole thing!

  • @fernandacurti Charles Cross is so full of bullshit. That book was a Courtney-influenced book.

  • @fernandacurti I agree!! Cross' story-telling narrative near the end of the book where he describes Curt Kobain's last moments, borders on the absurd. Moreover, Ms. Love granted Cross full access to KC's journals, lyrics, etc, - a clear sign that the story was not objective. His Courtney Love-endorsed notions are silly and poetic at best, and propaganda-like at worst. If you want to read a GREAT book on this case, please pick up Love and Death: The Murder of Kurt Cobain (wallace & Halperin)

  • my question would really be: how do you think someone would have killed him? Wouldnt he have put up a fight? you say "why would he have injected so much heroin and shot the gun as well if only one of those things would have killed him?" and my question is: why would his killer have done both things if only one would have done the job? If he was killed, what do you think would have come first, the heroin or gun shot?

  • @fernandacurti I'm not sure if you've read (or listened to) all the information, but Courtney attempted to kill Kurt before. AFTER his death, it was labeled an "attempted suicide". I think Courtney wanted to make sure that Kurt didn't survive through another attempt to end his life. That's just my opinion.

  • @fernandacurti I would imagine whoever killed him was either 1) a friend, 2) an acquaintance or 3) someone pretending to be an acquaintance, perhaps using a 'dealer' alias to get close enough to him. I think he was given dirty heroin, to "weaken" him so he wasn't so apt to fight. Then, to make it look more like a "genuine/common suicide", the gun was brought in. That's just my opinion anyway...

  • I hope Kurt's mom could be "able" enough to talk about what she thinks happened and why, but sadly I don't think that's ever going to happen. I mean, after all, she is his mother and I can't imagine how painful the whole situation is for her...

I secretly believe Courtney's paying his family off and giving them material things to keep them quiet. I know that sounds paranoid, but I don't care.

  • @madeyes4u Yeah, ever since I read about that whole Kurt's mom wanting to tell Tom Grant something and then Courtney talking to her, and then she was all quiet, I've wanted to know what she knows, and hopes she eventually comes forward with it. I also wonder what dave thinks. I recently heard a story somewhere on youtube of someone at a foo fighters concert saying Tom Grant is right, and Dave gave them a thumbs up.

  • @KristinNirvana Wow, that's a bit creepy...how nobody will speak up. Seems like everyone is too scared too.

  • @madeyes4u Yeah, that's what I was thinking. She probably threatened them, and now they're too scared of her to do anything.

  • @KristinNirvana Interesting story you heard... as a big fan of Dave's (and Kurt's), I was always disappointed whenever he said the word "suicide" and not just "death" (as he says on his band's new DVD, Back and Fourth). I wonder if he wonders? And Krist, who was supposedly the closest to him... he calls it a suicide too, which is a bummer :( If you EVER find the source of that comment at that FF's concert, please e-mail me (via YT)!

  • @zmaddyh I also noticed that on Tom Grant's myspace, the official Foo Fighters page is on the top friends list, and I read that story on another Nirvana quotes board, so now I'm really starting to wonder what he thinks. Hopefully someday something will come out. If I were Dave, I'd be telling everyone she dd it if I thought so, and be holding benefit concerts and such to get the case reopened, but I understand it's a touchy subject and he might be afraid of her, so we can only hope.

  • @KristinNirvana I would really like to know what Dave thinks... And oh man, benefit concerts... how amazing would THAT be? What a world of difference it'd make if Krist (on the political end) and Dave (on the more 'famous end') both were on the same page as the rest of us and were public about it...

  • The song is Turpentine

  • What is the name of the song that Courtney is singing at the end of this?

  • @EdinAmmar I definitely support the efforts to re-open the Cobain case so that it can be investigated properly but I'm not about to accuse someone of murder, at least not yet!

  • @EdinAmmar Of course, this case also appears to have a substantial amount of circumstantial evidence BUT circumstantial evidence isn't usually enough to re-open a case or convict someone in a court of law. I don't believe that the SPD, the DA, or the coroner were involved in a premeditated cover-up but I do believe that they went into Cobain's greenhouse and decided it was a suicide without even investigating the possibility of foul play.

  • @girliegirl1981

Thousands are convicted in U.S. courts every day purely on CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence. Defense attorneys like to say to juries and the press that, "It's all circumstantial" because, unfortunately, the average person has very little understanding or experience with "rules of evidence" and "types of evidence." For example, fingerprints and DNA findings are among others labeled as "circumstantial evidence." The right combination of circumstances WILL convict in a court of law. Tom

  • @girliegirl1981

I do appreciate your comments and input though GG!

  • @EdinAmmar However, I do have some formal training and a good understanding of heroin levels and that knowledge certainly makes me question KC's ability to lift a gun and pull the trigger. It's my understanding that the reported heroin levels were leaked to the press by someone associated with the case (not Grant) and that they have never been disputed by Courtney or the SPD.

  • @EdinAmmar I agree that SOME, not all, supporters of the Cobain murder theory are very emotionally invested in the case & at times come off looking paranoid which is unfortunate because it hurts the credibility of the case & the efforts supporting a re-investigation into Cobains death. Obviously I don't know if Cobain was murdered or if he died by his own hand. As a fan, I would actually much rather that HE made the choice to end his life instead of someone else making that choice for him.

  • the other point about cobain wanting a divorce. Most of the people who knew kurt personally know that he thought his life was ruined when his parents divorced, many times he quoted "i rather die than go thru another divorce". I think there is a lot of speculation but the fact is that kurt was a manic depressive person and i really doubt that he would have divorce courtney at all.

  • what i really dont understand is where is the forensic of the level of heroin in his blood is coming from>? the only people who would be able to get this kind of info is his family meaning courntey love to be specific.. during the autopsy like tom quotes but no one except his family can get that kind of evidence

  • @rockunit22 Toxicology reports are public knowledge.. Coroners are paid by taxpayers money, and we pay taxes, therefore we are paying them, so we have a write to know that knowledge. It may cost a small fee, but it is available to the public

  • When I first read the "suicide" note, the first thing I noticed was that it said nothing at all about death or suicide. And this was before I started hearing about this whole case and how some people thought it wasn't a suicide. I guess sometimes the things that have the most common sense get looked over.

  • but if the heroin was lethal, why they shot him in the head? what's the point?

  • @zenmonkey666: I suspect he was shot in addition to the heroin because he survived the Rohypnol overdose in Rome (it was a miracle he survived). They wanted to make sure he was dead this time.

  • @judyleasugar97 ah and what if kurt wanted to be sure? so i don't know, overdose+shotgun doesn't make any sense anyhow

  • @zenmonkey666: Kurt couldn't have fired the shotgun with a 3 times lethal level of heroin in his system. It's physically impossible. That means someone else shot him.

  • why couldnt courtny die instead of kurt, he loved his baby girl had the money to back it up and was just about to retire

  • the truth is setting people free

  • Just please dont give up on Kurt <3

  • unmentionable presonal filth :P

  • Respect.

  • What the hell? Courtney was willing to hire Personal Investigators to check if her new boyfriend was cheating on her, but NOT to find out the truth about her late HUSBAND's (and the father of her child) death?! Oh COME ON. I think we all know how this is looking.

  • @pineapplesushi

yes, this is looking pretty neat: the Seattle Police Department and the Washington State Patrol tell a widow her husband commited suicide, and you expect her to hire a pi because...?

  • @floppingnoni Sorry man, but I don't believe it was suicide and I'm also a believer that Courtney already knew the truth behind Kurt's death. I don't think she needed the SPD to tell her it was suicide at all.

  • Have a look this is interesting SIR : Video Titled as "Kurt Cobain's head was NOT blown off." uploaded by "Love9Killed4Kurt"

  • i'd love to see courtney love in prision... ♥

  • What is the song we can hear at the end?

  • @negativecreep1993 I just find out. The song is called "Turpentine" from the Album 'The First Sessions'

  • Nice Mr. Tom I was waiting for this :) Can't wait for justice to be served.

  • Can't wait for the book.

  • thanks, tom.

  • Thank you Tom! It would be awesome to see the case re-opened. More and more people are realizing the truth. I look forward to your upcoming book!

  • Thank You Tom. We appreciate your hard work.

  • im gonna get the book the day it releases :D

  • Thank you Tom for all your time that you put into this case for free and on your own time and I cant wait for that book so keep us posted on it so I no when I can grab it cause il be one the first to own that bad boy and let me no if youre going to ever be on the east coast after your book comes out cause I sure would love to meet you and have my book sign by you.. Thank you Tom and I wish you luck

  • She is on tape admitting Kurt wanted a divorce and a possible custody battle loomed.

  • YES!

  • Thanks Tom

  • Thankyou Tom Grant, like a ray of hope (for truth & justice) in the darkness surrounding Kurts death.

  • Jeez, right after Kurt dies she jumps in bed with Billy Corgan and right after that Trent Reznor, and she cheated on Kurt probably with multiple people probably including Billy Corgan and Seattle cops, what a tramp! And she didn't smile in their wedding photo when Kurt did, it's like she wants to get caught!

  • Thank you Tom. I hope to buy the book. Stay strong.

  • to see his case re-opened would be amazing. it should not be amazing. it should be history! the rectification of an outrageous miscarriage of justice years ago. thanks Tom for keeping at it. what a sensation it would be...please get there. it's pretty scary that someone so famous and loved could be murdered and it flies.

  • Great work Tom!

  • Been waiting on this for a year :)

    RIGHT ON TOM GRANT!

  • Fantastic job, Tom! Kurt will get the justice he deserves!!!! Can't wait for the book too!

  • Perhaps she bought him the silver beamer she was making fun of Trent driving in one of her older books ? Your my hero Tom Grant, thanks.

  • How did courtney tap into France's trust fund months after kurts death when the trust fund wasn't set up until 1997?

  • @Silverbackblackback ~Call it whatever you want, but there had to be some sort of legal division between little two year old Francis' money and Courtney's money. You heard it yourself - Courtney was spending Francis' money.

  • @Cupid420com she had already busted into her own trust fund when she was young, before she was meant to have it, by the power of her manipulative personality.

  • Great video and I also wonder what frances thinks and more importantly what do his former bandmates think? They were around him a lot . . . does anyone know of any video where they discuss what they think? Just curious . . .

  • @skyeandponyshow There is one of Dave and Krist talking about him after his death. That's the only one I can find.

  • @skyeandponyshow theres a video clip on you tube of krist from a radio show where he says that whenever someone famous dies young that people always look for some reason for why they died cause they cant accept the real reason, so he doesnt believe that kurt was murdered

  • @ciaranciaran1 When this happens to someone who is not famous, (every day of every year), it doesn't get the attention and publicity that a famous person naturally receives due to his or her status. So let's not blow this off by cliche, simplistic thinking.

  • @tomgrantpi your right in what U say, but an ordinary person does not connect with millions of people worldwide through music, so naturally when some one that does dies, everyone that he reached with his music wants to find out the truth about what happened to their idol, and that's why he is getting more than an average Joe would get, not because he asked for it, but because the people want to, people are not being made to help, they want to help,

  • I bet Courtney was cheating on him. With the male nanny, Cali...or Trent Reznor? Kurt loved her and said that his life changed for the better when they fell in love. Maybe he wanted a divorce and to get away from her because she broke his heart. I am really starting to believe that she had him killed. I wonder what Frances thinks and if Courtney will EVER free her soul and tell the truth if she did.

  • @JewelEGirl courtney is incapable of love and she'll never admit having him killed. she'll just continue to be her self- obcessed psychotic self.

  • Thanks Tom!!!

  • It is thrilling to know you are going to write a book about the subject, hopefully this will be the ultimate form of exposure for the investigation. Thankyou heaps, Mr Grant

  • Thanx!

  • gracias tom¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • Thanks for posting the video, Tom! I've been waiting so long for segment #3 to come out. That's new news to me with Courtney tapping into Frances' Trust Fund to keep a close eye on Trent Reznor just months after Kurt. I just wonder if she done the same thing to keep an eye on Billy Corgan. Since I heard Courtney and Billy were together just weeks after Kurt was found. It just makes me sick to hear Courtney Love spending Frances' money on things like that.

  • I pray the justice will prevail in this case, once enough people are prepared to objectively examine the facts of the matter!

Kudos to you Tom, you have my sincerest respect.

Kurt should be allowed to truly rest in peace.

  • she killed him or she made him kill himself. anyways, she killed him... i just hate her hypocrisy and negative vibes.

  • Thanks for posting this. The statistics in the beginning were shameful. We seem to have a culture of murder.

  • Thank you Mr Grant, your hard work and perseverance really is admirable, and all the best for your book. I look forward to it. ~RIP KC 17yrs~

  • I had no idea Trent Reznor was involved with Cuntney! Kinda makes me want to burn all my old N.I.N. albums!

  • @jboner668 lol

  • Thank you Tom for all your hard work. I am looking forward to the book.

  • Tom, any idea when your book will be released? Are we talking months, years?? Thanks for your continued commitment to Kurt's case!!

  • @girliegirl1981 First the book must be written and edited...then he needs to find a publisher (which I don't think will be a problem). Everything takes time. :)

  • thanks for all the amazing work tom... its greatly appreciated! bought my case manual last year and will make another donation soon. keep up the good work

  • This should be one of the most common questions: If Kurt would have died from the drugs, then why would the murderer need to shoot him?

  • @JewelEGirl I think it has been discussed actually. A murderer would have a much easier time making his crime look like a suicide if the victim didn't put up much of a struggle. If Kurt was incapacitated on heroine he wouldn't be able to put up as much, if any, of a fight. On the other hand if he was no incapacitated there would be obvious signs of a struggle and it would be much much harder to make the incident look like a suicide.

  • @JewelEGirl

could it be that someone wanted to be 100% sure that he's dead

  • great job! we support u! thanx for standing your ground for so long..

  • Dylan Carlson was a good friend of Kurt's and cooperated with the police. He seemed very honest in my opinion. Michael 'Cali' DeWitt was and should be a suspect.

  • Tom, you still have the support of thousands of fans, we will always be behind you! I am going to buy that case study right away. Thanks for the vid!

  • Thank you, Mr. Grant!

  • You got motive my friend.

  • Finally segment 3!

Keep up the good fight Tom.
